A leisurely stroll from Eagle Point Cottages, down a peaceful country lane leads you to Gippsland Lakes a haven of water front restaurants,shopping, cafes, boating and fishing. We are fabulously close to Paynesville - the Boating Capital of the Riviera Region.

Our cottages were specially designed for people holidaying with dogs, families and for those with accessibility needs. Dogs on holiday are welcome indoors in these very private pet friendly cottages that include secure fencing with huge yards. Inside the cottages are immaculately clean, modern and recently refurbished.

Located on the east coast of Victoria, these two very private self-contained cottages are on 4 ha (10 acres) in a rural area just 5 minutes from Paynesville. Each of the cottages sits on its own acreage. Children are warmly welcome to pet the friendly lamb, collect the chickens eggs or enjoy spotting local echidnas, koalas and kangaroos in the area.

Fabulous features for dogs include fenced private gardens with each cottage set on 1 acre. Your 4 legged friend will enjoy country lanes, tracks along the bush and beach, swimming and beaches for dogs.

We have acres of fenced area where your pet can enjoy the outdoors and of course well behaved pets are welcome indoors.

Dogs are welcome at many lake and sea-side eateries.

Our cottages were specially designed for people holidaying with dogs, families and for those with accessibility needs. Inside the cottages are immaculately clean, modern and recently refurbished. The cottage has an enclosed dog proof back yard, an area for dogs to run around and dog bowls so you don't need to bring them from home.

Karinya Cottage sleeps 2 and features a fold up single bed is available for an additional $25.00.

A really comfortable stay for both dogs and humans. Dogs had a fenced area behind the cottage, and humans had a comfortable base to explore the surrounding region. Hosts were “going-the-extra-mile level” helpful.
